| "Ron's Yoga Massage class gives a new twist to the yoga experience. I really didn't know what to expect and it turned out to be great. Ron comes over and massages you while you are in the various yoga postures. I am relatively new to yoga and have tight muscles. By the end of the class I felt so relaxed and at peace. I didn't want to leave." MB, a student of Ron's Gentle yoga class | |||

Combine a vigorous workout that focuses on slenderizing you with fat-melting heat (created in your body, not the room's thermostat) with personally tailored diet advice. This class is appropriate for beginners who have not done yoga before. If you have pounds to shed, or seek a more balanced energy level or sleep-wake cycle, this class is designed for you. We add diet wisdom from Far Eastern and South Asian traditions to our 1 hour, 15 minute workout. Fitness combined with some "know thyself" tests and textual information forms the basis of our class. Every week is different. |

Kundalini Yoga is the “Mother of all yogas,” the ancient writings tell us. It is considered the “householders yoga” and is designed for people with time demands and responsibilities in life who need a practice giving maximum results in the shortest time. The practice of Kundalini yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) incorporates postures (asanas), dynamic breathing techniques (pranayam), meditating on sounds (mantra). The focus is on employing the time-tested blend of modalities to open the flow of life-force (prana) into energy centers (chakras) to facilitate the upward flow of evolutionary energy (Kundalini) in the human. All levels are welcome |
