This retreat is your opportunity to make time for yourself by immersing yourself in yoga and meditation in a serene environment, the Kashi Ashram. This retreat uses the energy of the full moon and the renewal of Spring to support your personal growth. Our goal is to create an atmosphere of acceptance and compassion that will bring you back to your self and deepen your sense of awareness. Expand your heart, free your mind and cultivate stillness on this peaceful wellness retreat.

RETREAT PRESENTERS
Krista Ghaffarian

KRISTA GHAFFARIAN, RYT

Krista is a Register Yoga Teacher who has made it her life's work to share the practice of yoga with others. Her journey to yoga began in 2001 as a certified group fitness instructor through AFAA. She absolutely loved teaching and sharing the benefits of a healthy lifestyle with others. As she strived to find other ways to support people in their own road to wellness she became a certified personal trainer through ISSA. Through personal study and practice, Krista ultimately found her passion in teaching Yoga. Krista has been teaching Yoga since 2004 and received her Kripalu Yoga 200-hour teacher training through Discovery Yoga in St. Augustine in 2008. Most recently, she received her Level 1 Qigong teaching certification through the Supreme Science Center. Krista's teaching style is strongly aligned with the Kripalu teaching of compassion and awareness. She loves working with beginners and teaching gentler classes where the focus is on getting to know oneself.

Gina Buchelon

GINA BUSHELON, DOM, AP, LMT
 
Gina Bushelon is the Owner and Practitioner of Natural Healthcare of Florida.  She has been in practice as a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Acupuncture Physician and Licensed Massage Therapist for over 15 years.  Gina obtained her B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from Cornell University and she earned her diploma in Massage Thereapy from the National Holistic Institute.  In 1999, she graduated with a M.S. from the New England School of Acupuncture and became licensed in Traditional Chinese Medicine.  More recently, Gina received her Teachers Training Certificate for Yoga Instruction. Gina has dedicated herself to treating her clients and at the same time educating them about the issues affecting their quality of life.
